The terms are printed with the offer rather than saved for the counter. If something below is unclear, call and ask before you drive over.
Free scan, codes explained, and a written report the customer keeps. No appointment, no obligation.
The fine print. Reading and explaining stored codes is free. Actually diagnosing the fault is the paid diagnostic: $150 for the first hour, never more than three hours ($450) for deep faults. A code read is not a diagnosis and is never presented as one.
Ask about this offer$150 for the first hour of dealer-level diagnostic time; most faults are found in that hour. A complex fault never runs past three hours ($450).
The fine print. Diagnostic time is $150 per hour, maximum three hours ($450). A/C and cooling-system diagnosis is $75. The repair is a separate written estimate approved first.

The fine print. First visit only.
Ask about this offerAnyone can replace a part a code points at. The work worth paying for is establishing which part actually failed — and being told, in writing, why we think so.
A warning light is a starting point. A stored code identifies a reported fault, but the cause needs testing. We use scan data and checks on the car to work out what needs attention.
Reading your codes and explaining them is free and takes minutes. Finding the cause is a separate paid diagnostic. The current diagnostic price and terms are listed in the offers above; the repair is quoted separately for you to approve.
Oil spots on the driveway, a burning smell, or a warning on the dash? Tell us when it happens and which vehicle you drive. We handle mechanical and electrical faults on European cars.
From a valve-cover leak to cooling and timing work, the first step is understanding the cause. You get a written estimate before approving the repair.
The everyday makes, and the ones people keep for two hundred thousand miles. Timing components, cooling systems, suspension, brakes and the drivability faults that come with age.
Older and enthusiast-owned Japanese cars are welcome here too — a good number of them are what you will find on the racks on any given day.
Timing belts and chains, water pumps, head gaskets and the internal work most shops subcontract out. Engines come apart here, on our own stands, which is why we can tell you what actually failed instead of quoting you for a replacement engine by default.
Timing jobs get the surrounding parts replaced while the front of the engine is open — a tensioner or an idler pulley that fails six months later means paying for the same teardown twice.
An overheating engine gets worse quickly, and it gets expensive at a rate very few other faults do. A cooling system is pressure-tested to find the leak rather than guessed at, because “it is probably the thermostat” is how a warped head ends up on the bench.
Where the symptoms point at a head gasket, we test for it before quoting the work — combustion gas in the coolant, cylinder leak-down, and the block and heads measured once they are off.
A recharge on its own is not a repair. If the refrigerant left the system once, it will leave again — usually before the summer is over — so the leak gets found first.
Compressors, condensers, evaporators, blower motors and the control side of the system, diagnosed properly so you are not paying for parts on a hunch.
Grinding, squealing, a soft pedal, a pull under braking or a shudder through the wheel. Pads and rotors get measured and you are shown the measurements — not told they are “low”.
Suspension and steering work runs alongside it: a clunk over bumps and a car that will not hold a line are usually the same conversation.
Fluid and filter service, and diagnosis of shifting faults before anything is condemned.
Parasitic drains, charging faults, wiring, grounds and the sensor faults that set a light without naming the cause.
The interval your car actually calls for, with a look over the rest of it while it is up on the lift.
Before you buy it. A proper look at a car you are considering — this is not a state safety or emissions inspection, which we do not perform.
We are a general repair shop as well as a specialist — most other makes are welcome, so call and ask about yours.
Photographs from our shop: the vehicles in our bays, the tools we use, and work on the bench.
Every shop has a list. Most of them make you find out on the phone, or worse, in the parking lot.
Not a diagnosis — the symptom. When it happens, what it sounds like, whether a light is on. That is genuinely the most useful thing you can give us.
Codes, live data and an actual look at the car. If it is a free code read, you get the codes and a written report and you owe nothing.
What we found, what we think it is, what it costs, and what can wait. Nothing comes apart and no part is ordered before you say yes.
You are welcome to see what came off the car. We will call you if anything changes rather than adding it to the bill.
Request your preferred day and time. We’ll confirm availability. If you would rather just talk to somebody, (855) 612-7617 reaches the shop directly during opening hours.

Yes. We plug in, pull the stored codes, explain what they mean and hand you a written report you keep. No appointment, no obligation, nothing to buy. What it is not is a diagnosis: a code tells us which circuit reported a problem, not which part failed. Finding the actual fault is the paid diagnostic.
A diagnostic is $150 for the first hour of technician time, and most faults are found in that hour. If yours is unusually complex we tell you before going further — diagnostic time never runs past three hours ($450). A/C and cooling-system diagnosis is $75. The repair is a separate written estimate you approve first.
We specialise in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Honda, Toyota, Ford, RAM. That said, we are a general repair shop as well as a European and Japanese specialist, so most makes are welcome — call us about yours.
No. We do not perform state safety inspections or emissions testing, and we do not sell or mount tires, do body and collision work, glass, or warranty work. We would rather tell you that now than after you have driven here.
Always. Nothing is taken apart and no part is ordered before you have seen a written estimate and said yes to it.
